What We’ll Explore

Our time together may weave in:

• Song and shared voice

• Authentic expression + vulnerability

• Ritual and ceremony

• Journaling and reflection

• Time in nature

• Tea

• Deep listening

• Storytelling

• Practices for connection and belonging

• Opportunities to both give and receive support

• Learning the art of witnessing one another without fixing or advising

• Play, laughter, nourishment, and simply being together with other women

This is less of a traditional “class” and more of an experiment in community: a space to explore what becomes possible when a small group of women chooses to show up consistently and tend relationships over time.
