A 4 Day Online Intensive Into Female Body Literacy, Pregnancy Prevention, Herbal Contraceptives,

& Abortion Resources

Reclaiming our sense of ease + belonging in our bodies and reproductive choices.

Over the span of two weekends, we will be exploring the tools, female bodily wisdom, and plant relationships that allow us to feel safe and sovereign in our body and choices around pregnancy prevention, herbal contraceptives, and at the core: feel more connected, trusting, and at home in our bodies.

What We Will Cover

Body Literacy + Fertility Awareness Introduction

The foundations of feeling safe and sovereign is body literacy. Learn about your biology, how to identify your fertile window, gain confidence in your understanding of fertility and how it works! We will also explore the physiology and anatomy of conception, implantation, and how we can avoid pregnancy confidently by working with our physiology.

Herbal Contraceptives + Plant Allies

Learn about plants that have been used since antiquity as herbal contraception, herbal regiments for pregnancy prevention, how and when to use them, and feel confident and clear in supporting yourself in pregnancy prevention free from hormonal birth control or pharmaceutical intervention. We will also learn about healing from hormonal birth control.

Pregnancy Release Resources + Autonomy

Abortion is something that has long been hidden in the dark. We will be exploring various resources for abortion, unpack various options for abortion and timelines surrounding them, ways of healing and preparing for abortion, and offer information that will offer a sense of being knowledgable, and resourced about abortion to make informed decisions.
