The Essence
The core of what we will be doing
Together we will be learning fertility awareness using the Symptothermal Justisse Method, over a series of group educational sessions and then 1:1 sessions.
​
All fertility awareness methods include the practice of using direct observation of certain biomarkers to determine the fertile and infertile phases of the menstrual cycle.
​
We will be using Basal Body Temperature, Cervical Mucus, and if needed, Cervical Positioning.
Body literacy is all about understanding how your body functions, which gives you greater power to make informed lifestyle, reproductive, and sexual health decisions. ​​
​
You also will have access to a library of cyclical living resources- from lifestyle choices, nourishment, ritual, biology, and a support group chat to connect with others who are on the same journey of learning!
